Our Story

We Built the QMS We Wished Existed.

Affinity QMS was born from a simple frustration: every quality management platform on the market forces you to rebuild your process around its architecture. We inverted that. Affinity configures to you.

Our Mission

Compliance Should Not Require a Rebuild.

"Affinity QMS exists to make regulatory compliance accessible to every organization in every regulated industry — without forcing them to change how they work to achieve it. Quality infrastructure should adapt to the business, not the other way around. One platform. Six regulated verticals. Built for startups. Compliant from day one."

Why We Exist

The Problem With Every Other QMS.

Regulatory teams at early-stage companies face an impossible choice: buy an enterprise QMS that costs more than their monthly payroll and takes 18 months to implement, or stitch together spreadsheets and shared drives and hope the FDA doesn't notice.

The mid-market options are no better. They're built for one industry — Greenlight Guru for medical devices, SafetyChain for food, MasterControl for pharma. None of them talk to each other. None of them adapt to you. And all of them require you to rebuild your existing processes around their templates before you can even get started.

Meanwhile, the compliance obligations keep piling up. ISO 13485. 21 CFR Part 820. FSMA. ISO 17025. SQF. The frameworks are different, the documentation requirements are different, but the underlying need is the same: you need a system that can handle it all without starting over every time you add a certification or expand into a new product line.

That's the problem Affinity QMS was built to solve. One adaptive platform. Any regulated industry. Configure it once. Expand when you're ready. Stay compliant the whole way through.

The Adaptive QMS Philosophy

How We Think About Quality Management.

The Adaptive QMS is not a feature — it's a design philosophy. Every decision we make starts with the same question: does this adapt to the client, or does it force them to adapt to us?

Principle 01

Your Process Is the Starting Point

At onboarding, we configure Affinity QMS to your existing workflows, SOPs, and organizational structure. We never ask you to throw away years of process knowledge and start from a blank template.

Principle 02

Modular by Design, Not by Limitation

Eleven modules. Activate what you need today. Expand as your compliance obligations grow. A-la-carte pricing means you never pay for features that aren't relevant to your stage or your vertical.

Principle 03

Validation Is Built In, Not Bolted On

The Validation Protocol Engine auto-generates IQ/OQ/PQ documentation for every module you activate — eliminating the $15,000–$50,000 consulting engagement that every other platform requires before you're "officially" validated.

The Founder Story

Born From Real Regulatory Pain.

Affinity QMS grew out of direct experience with what happens when a regulated industry startup reaches its first compliance inflection point — the FDA audit, the ISO certification application, the SQF pre-assessment — and realizes that no existing QMS platform actually fits.

Regulatory teams were spending months adapting to software that was never designed for them: configuring fields that didn't map to their documentation structure, paying consultants to write validation packages that should have been included, and maintaining parallel paper systems because the platform couldn't handle their actual workflows.

The pattern was the same across every vertical we spoke to. Medical device founders building toward 510(k). Supplement manufacturers preparing for FDA inspection. Food co-packers working toward SQF certification. The tool was always the problem. The process was almost never the problem.

So we built the platform we wished existed: adaptive by design, modular by pricing, and validated from activation. See how it works for your industry by booking a 30-minute demo.

Who Affinity QMS Is Built For

  • Founders, VP Regulatory, and QA Directors at startups and early-stage companies in any regulated vertical who need compliance infrastructure before an audit, submission, or certification event

Industries We Serve

Six Regulated Verticals. One Platform.

Our Values

What We Stand For.

Value 01

Adaptability

Every feature we build starts with the question: does this adapt to the client, or does it force them to adapt to us? Adaptability is not a feature — it's the foundation of every design decision we make.

Value 02

Precision

Regulatory compliance has zero tolerance for ambiguity. Every module, every workflow, every piece of documentation we generate is mapped directly to a specific regulatory requirement — by clause, by section, by obligation.

Value 03

Access

Enterprise-quality compliance infrastructure should not require an enterprise budget. Affinity QMS was designed from the ground up to be accessible to startups, early-stage companies, and teams that are building their compliance program for the first time.
